Everything in existence is related and driven by energy, there is nothing that is disconnected from it. That’s why it is essential to learn, understand and experience how energy literally affects us, our environment, relationships and life at all levels.
In working with our energetic field and energy body we can release blockages, stuck emotions or dis-ease in the system to support more flow and health to unfold. Having consistency, and taking care of our energy in this way, also has deeper benefits on how we perceive and approach ourselves, other people and the mystery that life is.
I support you to become unstuck, to bring any blocks to light, to guide you in your own journey of releasing what isn't needed and restoring balance and harmony within you. This is a journey of personal empowerment and you realising your ability to create positive change in all aspects of your life. I am not here to fix or heal you, I am here to guide and support you to do this for yourself and to share with you precious tools that have helped and are helping myself and many people to navigate life with more ease, confidence and maturity.

I am Talete, a very passionate explorer of human life and the mystery that surrounds us. I am here to support you to awaken your dormant abilities and to remember who you really are in a conscious and grounded way, so you can break free from the shell of limitation, truly empowering and loving yourself more and supporting others to do the same. I guide you into the depths of yourself, where you can begin breaking through addictions, toxic patterns, limiting beliefs and anything that prevents your expansion and true embodiment as a human being.
I am bringing here two decades of personal development, training and research, including Reiki, Siddha Kundalini Healing, Sekhem Healing, Coaching, Shamanism, Human Design, Breathwork, Shadow Work, Meditation, different mind/body practices and hidden knowledge gained through years of direct experience with Lucid Dreaming and Out of Body Experience.
All the energy of my passions, years of research, studies and especially the Love for the magic uniqueness that lives within each of us is available to you.

You can purchase online Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki trainings from beginner to master level, and beyond, including Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki and Lightarian™ Reiki. These are taught 1:1 by Talete in live time on zoom at an agreed time and day and will provide you with internationally recognised certification.
